Return  Policy

All dresses are made to order, manufacturers do not keep inventory of any dresses.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.We sell seasonal, time sensitive items so you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a return authorization number from us.  Merchandise returned without authorization or returned late will be refused. All original tags must be in place to receive credit for the return. All merchandise is carefully inspected before accepted by our return department. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, or are not sent back in the condition it was sent will not receive credit in any form. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees via their carrier of choice, provided they receive a valid tracking number for proof of return.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:
• You have 2 business days from the time DHL delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return the item.
• You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
• We must receive the item within 7 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 7 days, no return or exchange will be given.
• Once we receive your return dress in 7 days, we will refund money to you. Refund would subject to $65 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged.
